Shipping & Returns
Orders that are completed on weekdays before 16:00 and paid, are generally shipped the same day. We send them a package with TNT and transmitted when sending you will receive a Track & Trace number.
However, we are not responsible for the delivery, which is a task of PostNL.
Business days are Monday through Friday, except for official holidays. We could change this (which can sometimes happen around Christmas and New Year, or unofficial holidays like Carnival), we will mention here.
Should it occur that we have indicated that an item is in stock, but this is not proving to be, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Returning the goods is only possible when you bring us prior to your arrival. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and wait for an answer before you return to send back to us. Return costs are for your account.
